Tangy Meatballs


These make great appetizers or contributions to a potluck.  Just double the recipe and bring toothpicks!


Tangy Meatballs
Serves 4
From 4 Ingredients Gluten-Free

1 lb ground lamb
1 tsp curry powder
3 Tblsp sweet Thai chili sauce (I get this at Trader Joe's)
Juice of 1 lemon

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.  Form into small balls.  Preheat a non-stick skillet.  Add the meatballs in one layer and cook until crunchy on the outside.  Serve with extra Thai chili sauce on the side.
